Monteco Hosted the Spring Conference on Real Estate in Montenegro

On March 22, 2025, the Montenegro Real Estate Spring 2025 conference took place at Monteco coworking space (Old Bakery, Budva), bringing together key players in the Montenegrin real estate market.

The event gathered real estate professionals, agents, developers, and marketers. The program featured pressing topics such as an overview of the residential and commercial real estate market, building a personal brand as a realtor, digitalization of sales and customer service, and presentations of new residential projects.

Speakers included well-known industry experts:

• Oksana Podosinova-Matovich — a specialist with 17 years of experience in Montenegrin real estate and author of the “Real Estate Broker in Montenegro” program. She spoke about how to build a realtor’s image, attract premium clients, and increase the value of your services
• Denis Shamraev, co-founder of Kitlead and business consultant at Anford Consult LLP (London), covered productivity and performance management in real estate.
• Ruslan Maksutov, marketer and co-founder of Kitlead, shared tools for boosting broker efficiency and implementing CRM systems.

The conference also served as a valuable networking platform and an opportunity to showcase new projects. Participants exchanged insights, built professional connections, and explored fresh opportunities in Montenegro’s real estate market.
